Section 1

Each player may hold only one active account on btk66. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management.

  • 1You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
  • 2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. btk66 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
  • 3Each player is permitted one account only. If btk66 identifies that a player holds more than one account — including accounts registered under different names or mobile numbers — all accounts belonging to that player may be suspended, all promotional winnings forfeited, and the genuine deposits returned at btk66's discretion.
  • 4btk66 reserves the right to require age and identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if any unusual account activity is detected. You agree to provide any documentation requested for this purpose within a reasonable timeframe.
  • 5You must promptly notify btk66 customer support if you suspect that your account has been compromised, that an unauthorised person has accessed your account, or if you have lost access to the mobile number registered with your account.

btk66 may use your account information to verify your identity, detect fraud, and comply with any applicable legal obligations. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Section 3

All financial transactions on btk66 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

  • 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. btk66 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Funds are credited to your btk66 wallet within seconds of a successful mobile banking transfer under normal circumstances.
  • 2Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. btk66 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing a withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the operating hours and processing speeds of the relevant payment provider.
  • 3Deposits may only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
  • 4btk66 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, to perform additional security checks prior to processing large withdrawals, and to delay withdrawal processing in cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected. Such delays will be communicated to the player where legally permissible.
  • 5No fees are charged by btk66 on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, your bank, or card issuer) may apply their own transaction fees. btk66 is not responsible for any fees charged by external payment providers.

Section 4

btk66 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

  • 1All bonuses are subject to rollover (wagering requirement) before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Failure to meet the rollover requirement before the bonus expiry date results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
  • 2Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. btk66 reserves the right to withhold or void a bonus, and to withhold associated winnings, where there is evidence that a player has exploited a promotion, used automated betting strategies, or colluded with other players to abuse a promotional offer.
  • 3A player may only claim a welcome bonus once, with their first qualifying deposit. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — including by registering additional accounts — will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
  • 4btk66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time it was issued.
  • 5Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game or games stated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the rollover requirements specified in those same terms before withdrawal.

All bonus terms, including rollover requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates, are stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. Players are responsible for reading the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

Section 5

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on btk66. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

  • 1All bets placed on btk66 are final once confirmed. btk66 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except in circumstances where a market is voided due to a technical error or where a sporting event is cancelled before it begins.
  • 2In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including server disconnection, software error, or data feed interruption — btk66 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to players. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in such circumstances.
  • 3btk66 displays real-time odds and game results using live data feeds from authorised providers. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, btk66 does not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of data displayed on the platform, and will not be liable for losses arising from data inaccuracies beyond its control.
  • 4The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting market are displayed within the game interface or market page. btk66 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Section 6

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on btk66. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

  • 1Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
  • 2Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, share information in live casino games to gain an advantage, or coordinate betting strategies in a way that exploits the platform.
  • 3Using btk66 for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform to transfer funds between parties without genuine gambling activity.
  • 4Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or when communicating with customer support — including impersonating another person or submitting forged documents.
  • 5Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt btk66's systems, servers, networks, or software, including by introducing malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

btk66 employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where illegal conduct is identified. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation and are subject to forfeiture.

Section 7

btk66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following circumstances may result in account action.

  • 1Breach of any provision of these Terms, including any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6, will result in immediate suspension. The severity and permanence of the action taken will be proportionate to the nature of the breach.
  • 2Where btk66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering, the affected account will be suspended pending investigation. During a suspension, withdrawals may be frozen. btk66 will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe.
  • 3A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any genuine deposit balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any active bonus that has not met its rollover requirement) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
  • 4Where an account is closed following a breach of these Terms, particularly in cases of fraud, manipulation, or prohibited conduct, btk66 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account, including genuine deposits, subject to any applicable legal requirements regarding the return of funds.

Section 10

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btk66's liability to any player is limited as set out in the following clauses.

  • 1btk66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even where btk66 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

  • 3Where btk66 is found liable for direct losses, its total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the funds held in the player's btk66 wallet at the time the incident occurred.
